How does the ordering process work
Submit your order request and I’ll confirm details, pricing, and timeline. Once everything is approved, I begin crafting your piece.
Do I need a quote first
If you already know what you want and are ready to move forward, you can place an order directly. If you’re unsure about pricing or options, use the Request a Quote form instead. If you do already have a Quote, enter that in the What would you like to Order option.
How should I enter quantity
Enter the number of individual units you want. If your order will be produced in batches, I’ll calculate batch pricing on my end.
What happens after I submit this form
I’ll review your order, confirm all details with you, and send a final approval message. Production begins only after you confirm.
Not sure about shipping vs pickup
Choose the option you think you’ll use. If anything changes, we can adjust it before the order is finalized.
